March 2013

Lots of pictures and videos worth watching!  We can't believe Luke is already 17 months old!  He is starting to talk a lot more and is getting so smart!

Luke was ready to get dressed before we got his jammies off.  Silly boy!

We went on some fun adventures to Pet Smart and Babies R Us.

We ended the day with some yummy gelato!  I love this place!

Video of Luke taking a ride on Brian's legs after his bath.

Ha ha.  He looks so cute!

One night we were in the mood to go out to eat so we went to the Texas Roadhouse.  We were a little nervous about taking Luke as he's a typical toddler and not good at sitting for extended periods of time, but he did awesome!  We had a great time! We rewarded Luke with a trip to Target where he got to run around the toy section.

My 16 week baby bump

Cute baby in the mirror!

We planted a garden in the backyard.  Well, Brian did most of the work while I kept Luke occupied inside.

Luke loves to share apples with mommy.

Or just steal them for himself.

Reading books with mom

Look who's learning his numbers!

Luke loves to help water the garden, and get soaking wet in the process!

Visiting some dogs at a pet store.  Since mom never wants a dog, this is the best this kid is going to get.  Ha ha.

Coloring at lunch.

He has discovered bugs and loves to pick them up and accidentally smash them.  Poor buggies!

We see some green!  Our radishes are sprouting!

Playing on the table.

Eating ice cream like a pro!  Ha ha

His favorite eating spot.  Elmo!  He asks for a bowl and fork with his food and then goes and sits on Elmo to eat.

Helping load the dish washer.

Eating oranges!

We went to Waco to visit the Ingram's and Heppell's.  Luke had so much fun!  He spent the day following his cousin Averie around saying her name "Avie" over and over.  It was so cute!

He slept so well.

Eating cookies for breakfast!  Hey, whatever works for our skinny boy!

Reading with PopPop

Sitting on Averie

Best face ever!  Ha Ha

We have a polite little boy!  Love it!  We didn't think that we really "taught" him but he knew how and when to say it.  Maybe Brian and I are polite to each other.  Ha ha

Can you find Luke amongst all those bears?

We went to the local Easter Egg hunt.  Luke fell in love with the Easter Bunny!

Gathering up his eggs!

Someone is obsessed with the Easter Bunny, like seriously!

Someone found the bunny again and wanted more love!

He also liked this guy.

Trying to get back in the car, but someone didn't want to sit in his seat.

More counting with his Toy Story friends!

Easter Morning

Playing with his bubbles

He wanted to play with the bubbles, not be held by mom.

The boys loved my pot roast!

I tried to make some pretzel bars, but the jello part didn't quite work.  Oh well, they were still good!

It was a fun and busy month.  Luke is getting so fun though.  We enjoy watching him learn and grow!
