Brian and I wanted to bring home the taste of the Hawaiian islands. We decided to try to make some Loco Moco, which was our favorite while in Hawaii. In case you forgot, a Loco Moco is an egg on top of ground beef on top of rice and covered in brown gravy.

It was very good, but we do want to make a few changes for the next time. We do love the Loco Moco!
